Viticulture
Produced from grapes grown on 80 year-old Carignan vines in the Hérault district of Languedoc-Roussillon.
Vinification
Carried out using today’s modern techniques, with usual de-stemming followed by crushing. Fermentation is carried out at 23°C. Ageing in stainless steel tanks. 50% of the blend is oaked using staves for a period of maximum 2 months, adding complexity whilst ensuring the original fruity character is preserved.

Ideal to pair with BBQs, poultry dishes, casseroles and medium flavoured cheeses.
