Vinification
Optimally ripe grapes undergo destemming, divided into two parts. One undergoes modern hot skin contact maceration, enhancing aromatic qualities in stainless steel. The other, traditionally fermented with skins for about ten days, adds structure. The final blend results in a youthful and easy-to-drink wine.
