Viticulture

Given Nicolas’ passion for terroir all of his growers are either BIO certified or farming lutte raisonée, enabling him to continue producing his exceptional terroir driven wines. This wine comes from 40 year old vines on clay and limestone soil. The vineyard is South-West facing and has an altitude of 300m.

Vinification

Hand picked, followed by careful sorting. Aged in French Oak Barrel.
