Tasting note
Soft, floral southern French white from Grenache Blanc, slightly musky, with lemon and pear and a lovely, reviving freshness.
Vinification
Harvested in the morning to preserve freshness, the grapes are pressed slowly and fermented in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine is not aged in oak.
Food Match
Served fresh (12-13°c) with tapas, shellfish platters and fish.
