Viticulture
The Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from our Devon Valley property at 280 - 330m above sea level overlooking False Bay.
Vinification
The Caberent Sauvignon is hand-harvested and tank fermented with natural yeasts and is made in a classic, minimal interventionist manner with no extended skin maceration. The individual components are matured in a selection of new (15%), second and third fill French oak barrels for 18 months prior to bottling.
