Viticulture
Hand harvested fruit sourced from three distinct sub-regions of Bendigo, Pisa and Gibbston. Farming follows sustainable and organic principles with livestock being used to eat grass and provide manure to produce compost and enrich soil.
Vinification
100% destemmed fruit was fermented in stainless steel before being matured for 10 months in older French oak barrels.
