Viticulture
Derived from 100% certified organic fruit from two sites – Raupo Vineyard in the Omaka Valley and Noa Vineyard at the Western end of the Wairau Valley.
Vinification
From certified organic grapes, machine-harvested, destemmed, and fermented in open-top vessels with selected yeast. Meticulous cap management, followed by 23 days of aging in stainless steel and neutral oak. Natural malolactic fermentation, 10 months of cellar aging, blending, and filtering prior to bottling. Crafted with precision and care.
