Tasting note

Eye: Bright gold, fine and persistent bubbles.

Nose: Notes of summer flowers and ripe fruit; light honeyed touches when aired.

Palate: Dense, pulpy white fruit, slightly lemony finish.

Vinification

Hand picked. Fermentation in stainless steel tank with temperature control.

Assemblage.

75% Black grapes (Pinot noir et meunier) -

25% Chardonnay - including 35% reserve wines

Dosage : 11 g/L - Wine aging : 18 months or more of ageing in cellars
