Viticulture
The wine is a blend of 72% of Pinot Noir from the best Grand Cru villages of Montagne de Reims, with 28% of old vine Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs.
Vinification
The wine receives only a light dosage of 6 grammes per litre, adding a subtle balance to the wine.
Food Match
Aperitif, Fish and chips, lobster, parmesan. Roasted chicken and courgettes pasta in a creamy sauce. Very versatile.
