The palate echoes the soft blue and red berry elements, with Shiraz delivering plush, spicy-sweet fruit, while Tempranillo adds a delightfully rustic, savory tannin profile.
Vinification
Clare Valley vineyards slightly warmer than average, but all plots by and large achieved a great balance of fruit and acid.
