Viticulture
The family vineyard site is unique, with tough acidic soils overlaying ancient dark grey siltstone of the Kadlunga Slate formation, which has lay beneath Polish Hill River for 650 million years.
Vinification
Primarily estate-grown from Polish Hill River, augmented by selected growers. Family ethos preserves site flavor, minimal intervention. 100% free-run juice, neutral yeast, lees-aged 3 months in stainless steel. Only finest juice in final 'Traditionale' blend, a true reflection of heritage and purity.
