Tasting note
Pale yellow, tinged with sea green, the Serra Ferdinandea Bianco has scents of flint, cut grass, Sicilian medlars and freshly harvested wheat. On the palate, it is well-balanced between the freshness of the Sauvignon Blanc and the greater structure of the Grillo variety, with harmonious integration of the oak character.
Food Match
White with personality; for this reason it can be combined with raw appetizers, seafood and vegetable first courses. White cheeses and noble fish.
