Tasting note
Pearl colour, very light but bright pink, almost marine. On the nose aromas of white peach, rose tea, sea water. Fresh and flowing on the palate with a closure in perfect balance.

Food Match
Perfect with dishes like Carpaccio of fish very popular in both Sicily and the french riviera (south of France??) or a more fuller dish like Sicilian Caponata or Ratatouille with aubergines , vegtables and a Sweet and sour tomato sauce
