Comforting Spanish red, packed with cranberries and blackberries, as toasty as socks in front of the fire.
Viticulture
Grapes are picked from vines of 5-35 years of age.
Vinification
The grapes are gently whole-bunch pressed in baskets. Fermentation takes place at between 18-22 degrees C for around 6 days. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation before bottling.
Food Match
Easy to drink on its own, or pair with hard cheese or grilled meats.
