Tasting note
A delicate rose petal colour with incredible fruit-driven purity and an abundance of fine bubbles. The nose evokes wild raspberry and honeyed redcurrant, while the spring-fresh palate brims with sherbet, balanced by a creamy, long finish.
Viticulture
Our grapes are carefully nurtured at our home vineyard in Ditchling, Sussex, in the South Downs National Park, and from our partner vineyards across the South and East of England, on a variety of chalk, clay, gravel and sandstone soils.
Vinification
Ridgeview Fitzrovia NV: Handpicked grapes, whole bunch press, stainless steel fermentation at 18-20°C, assemblage method for rose hue, red wine fraction added, malolactic conversion, 18 months lees ageing. Vegan & vegetarian friendly.
