A complex wine displaying the many characters of Cabernet Sauvignon from vibrant hercaeaous flavours through to cocoa and dark chocolate. Well balanced with delcious chewy tannins. A wine of great length and persistence.
Viticulture
Hand picked fruit from hand pruned vines.
Vinification
Made only in the best years. Concentrated basket pressings were collected then matured in new French oak for maturation on yeast lees for 15 months, then aged in the bottle for 5 years before release.

Beef. Mushrooms. High quality chocolate.
