Tasting note
Rojomoma Red Art is made in a more restrained, nuanced, complex style than is typical for Barossa Valley Shiraz. It has all the satisfying palate-weight that the Barossa is known for, but it takes its time to get there, starting with subtly savoury spice and herb notes, before a gentle swell of dark fruit and velvety richness.
Viticulture
Hand-picked fruit from hand pruned vines located in the hamlet of Ebenezer in the northern Barossa Valley.
Vinification
Hand-picked fruit from individually-nurtured pruned vines located in the hamlet of Ebenezer in the northern Barossa Valley. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in open vats, before gentle basket-pressing and then maturation in seasoned French oak.
Food Match
Enjoy with steak or hearty, beef dishes. Grilled aubergine and vegetarian ratatouille also work well as well as gouda and parmesan cheese.
