Lightly citrussy, refreshing Sauvignon Blanc from Argentina, with stone fruit and grass on the nose and peaches, lemons and gooseberries on the tongue.
Viticulture
Sandy soil with very low level of organic matter
Vinification
All the grapes are and harvested, destemmed and then and crushed. Cold skin maceration takes places at 5°C for 1 hour.Following this pneumatic pressing and racking take place before cold settling (48 hours). Selected yeast is then added to the juice to start the fermentation process which is temperature controlled at 15°C and lasts 21 days.
Food Match
An excellent wine by the glass but also accompanies delicate white meat, seafood and fish dishes.
