Tasting note
The bubbles throw off scents of white blossom, yellow peaches and dried apricots; the mouth is decidedly sweet, full of raisins and fruit in syrup and very well balanced.
Vinification
The blend combines 35+ 'crus' from various mature harvests. Aged on yeast for ≥4 years, then 'disgorged.' A 20g/L cane sugar dosage enhances its rounded maturity, offering distinctive body and smoothness—ideal for late evening enjoyment.
