Taylor’s First Estate Reserve Port celebrates a 1744 estate acquisition near Régua. Committed to quality, independence drives finest Ports. Quinta de Vargellas, Douro Valley's gem, yields rare Vintage Ports from historic Vinha Velha vines. Biodiversity-focused, their efforts earned the BES Biodiversity Prize for conservation and sustainability.
Vinification
Taylor’s blends its magnificent 20 year old tawny Ports from its extensive reserves of old cask aged Ports matured in the firm’s cool and tranquil cellars (known as ‘lodges’) in Oporto on Portugal’s Atlantic coast.
Food Match
Perfect with various desserts—figs, almonds, caramel. Complements crème brulée, wild strawberries. Enjoy on its own with walnuts or dried fruit. Serve cool in summer.
