Tasting note
Fresh, vibrant Alsace Riesling, ultra dry yet full of grapefruit, citrus and white peach and exhaling white flowers and lemon perfume.
Viticulture
Trimbach, est. 1626, crafts exceptional wines in Alsace. Our Réserves, sourced from ancient vineyards on the Ribeauville fault line, showcase the terroir's limestone and Muschelkalk fossils. Meticulous selection yields complex wines with remarkable aging potential. Cheers to a legacy in every bottle.
Vinification
The Reserve quality is made from parcel selections of mostly old vines from Ribeauvillé and around and produces more complex wines destined for a longer laying down.
Food Match
This Riesling Reserve 2009 matches seafood, grilled or sauced fish, white meats, exotic cuisines, sushi, etc... but also the classic Choucroute Royale from Alsace.
