Tasting note
Ruby-red with violet hues, great aromatic intensity, with the spicy notes like white pepper and olives, complemented by floral notes of violets and fruits, like cassis and blueberries. The notes of oak are very soft, contributing complexity, while respecting the fruit in this wine.
Viticulture
Nestled in Leyda's coastal valley, 4km from the Pacific, the exclusive 2,000-hectare Leyda Valley fosters expertise. The LOT collection showcases unique, elegant, complex wines, each from a small sub-division with limited production (max 5,000 bottles/vintage).
Vinification
Grapes hand-harvested on May 10th in Leyda Valley. Selected clusters, cold-maceration for colour, 10-day fermentation, 20% French oak, 80% untoasted foudres. Honoring Leyda's pure fruit and terroir.
