This region boasts a superb climate for grape growing, with a high number of sunshine hours and a low average annual rainfall of around 25 inches. The moderate daily temperature swings of approximately 10 degrees Celsius, combined with rich alluvial soils, create a long, slow growing season.
Vinification
This wine is made employing cool stainless steel fermentation to preserve the vibrant fruit character and freshness of this grape variety.
