The backbone of Txakoli, Hondarribi Zuri produces light, crisp Basque white wines with racy acidity and a slight effervescence. Green apple, citrus, and fresh herbs define its profile, with a saline minerality reflecting its coastal origins. Traditionally served with seafood pintxos, its zippy freshness makes it an ideal summer wine.
