Cellier des Princes

Cellier des Princes is a cooperative of 240 growers, founded in 1924. Under the guidance of oenologist Philippe Cambie, it now enjoys a reputation as Châteauneuf-du-Pape's leading cooperative. For the duration of their contract, growers must have to dedicate 100% of their crop to the cooperative. Grapes from individual growers are assessed and compared for ripeness and sugar levels before vinification, which takes place in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. Wines are aged in cement tanks.
