If you're after the true heart of Champagne, then look no further. The Gobillard family lives mere metres from the grave of Dom Pérignon, and following decades of hard work, has secured 26 hectares of vines, much of which is Premier Cru that was once owned by the Bénédictine Hautvillers Abbey. A handful of carefully selected growers tend a further 125 hectares nestled in the most prestigious crus, yielding a range of Champagnes that accentuate brightness, minerality and elegance over power and richness.
