Pago de los Capellanes
Upheld as the rising star on the Spanish scene over the past few decades, the landscape of Ribera del Duero is actually suffused with centuries of wine heritage - from gnarled Tinto Fino vines of venerable age, to the labyrinthine wine cellars that wind beneath the old cobbled streets of Aranda de Duero. Pago de los Capellanes may have all the modern bells and whistles - a recently-expanded vineyard and stunning winery facilities - but their history is rich and long, dating back to the 14th century.
