Peregrine Wines
Set in the rugged, majestic mountains of Central Otago, Peregrine is committed to enhancing the environment, both with their organically certified estates and winery, and their hands-on involvement in the conservation of New Zealand’s native birds, the Saddleback and Mohua. Since 1998, passionate wine producers and estate owners Lindsay McLachlan and Greg Hay have pursued a philosophy of producing wine that’s truly representative of the region, selecting only the very best hand-picked fruit from 11 sites around the Lowburn, Bendigo and Gibbston sub-regions. Although best known as a specialist Pinot Noir house, it also produces excellent whites, including Riesling, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
