Duxton Vineyards is based in the Southern Murray-Darling Basin which lies just inland behind Melbourne and Canberra, stretching across the New South Wales-South Australia border to Adelaide. The Murray-Darling Basin is recognised as one of the most fertile regions in Australia, producing a number of high-value crops alongside grapes, such as citrus fruit, nuts, stone fruits and cereals. Duxton Vineyards' wines are estate-produced, following a modern approach to viticulture and heavily influenced by respect for the environment.
