Cosimo and Maria Teresa Varvaglione run their winery, helped by a dynamic and motivated team of experienced assistants. Passion and commitment are the keys to this modern winery, which oenologist Cosimo inherited from three generations of family winegrowers. The winery concentrates mostly on enhancing the indigenous grape varieties like Primitivo and Negroamaro, and pursues quality via extremely careful selection of grapes, canny harvesting and special attention to new technology.
