Tasting note
Aromatic red from southern Italy, bursting with fragrant red fruit, including raspberries, redcurrants, strawberries and tangy pomegranates.
Viticulture
Vines tend to produce high yields and have a long maturation period. These are planted on a plane in the Taranto province with an altittude of between 100 and 150 m above see level.
Vinification
Vinification by maceration at controlled temperatures of 24-28 degrees. After malolactic fermentation the wine is breifly aged in the bottle.

Excellent with Pizza, Pasta and Aged Cheese
