Viticulture
All grapes come from Albourne Estate's picturesque vineyard located on gently sloping Cretacous Green sandstone geology. Here, they carefully control the Bacchus yields to ensure optimum ripeness of the fruit and schedule their picking carefully to retain good acidity levels and aromatic interest.
Vinification
Unique batches from different picking dates are processed separately and fermented in modern temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with specially selected yeast strains to enhance their freshness and add to the aromatic complexity of the wine.
