Rich and fragrant Barolo, heady with sweet spice and leather, with a delicious chewiness reminiscent of underbrush and dried flowers.
Vinification
Origin:blend of 3 vineyards of property in the communes of Serralunga d'Alba,La Morra and Verdun. Harvest time: 26th/1st October 2012 Fermentation: 15 days at 28°C in stainless steel vats with control of temperature and with 6 pumpings over per day
