Tasting note
Generous and rounded, with peach, pear and melon in the mouth, marzipan and wildflowers on the nose and a farewell hit of gentle almond bitterness.
Viticulture
The vineyards are on the plain, on mainly clay fertile soil. Vines are planted with the douoble sylvain method of training.
Vinification
Fermented in tanks at controlled temperature.
Food Match
Perfect with fresh and grilled fish, shellfish and molluscs, lighter-style charcuterie, festive pastas; wonderful with classic cured prosciutto.
