Fresh white Tuscan blend, vibrating with lemon zest and lime, with a fine bitter almond finish.
Viticulture
90% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Viognier
Vinification
Vinified at 16°C in stainless steel tanks and matured for 5 months on the lees to add body and flavour. Not having accomplished the malolactic fermentation, this wine shows a fresh acidity. Maturity: 1/3 in barrique 2/3 in stainless steel tank.
Food Match
Perfect to sip during happy hour but it is also a nice match for a light meals such as salads, crustaceans, seafood and poultry.
