Viticulture
Merlot grapes from the stunning vineyard of Central Chile.
Vinification
The grapes are crushed and destemmed. Following some maceration on the skins, the alcoholic fermentation takes place with temperature controlled. Also the wine goes through the malolactic conversion to soften the acidity.
