Tasting note
Aromatic white from the island of Ischia just across from Naples, this exudes white stone fruit and orange peel, with a spritz of lemon.
Vinification
Harvested at the end of september, the grapes of local Forastera are fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel vat. Aged on leed and then fined for 30 days in bottles.
