Tasting note
Suggestions of toasted bread together with dried and baked fruits reveal themselves on the nose. Almond and citrus layers unfold adding complexity. On the palate this champage is fresh and softens with notes of vanilla and explosions of luscious pear.The wine culminates in a silky finish of fresh almonds and grapefruit.
Vinification
Vinified using the classic Champagne method, famed by the region. Oak casks and vats are used for the fermentation. No malolactic fermentationtakes place.
