Champagne Telmont
Maison Telmont was founded in 1912 by Henri Lhôpital, who was inspired by the Champagne riots of 1910 to establish a Champagne house that would espouse the values of quality that he believed were under threat. Since then, the Champagne house has been handed down through four generations of the family, always staying true to crafting wines in the name of Mother Nature. Living by three core values: humility, courage, and loyalty, they are a driving force in the region for respecting biodiversity, adopting renewable energy sources and ecological design, questioning all touchpoints between their wines and the environment by abolishing superfluous packaging, and using only 100% recyclable green glass. In 2017, some of Telmont's plots received organic certification, and have committed to certifying all estate vines by 2031.
