Tasting note
Elegant red Bordeaux, packed with blackberries and fragrant with spice and a wisp of smoke.
Viticulture
Expanding over 30 hectares, half near Château Latour and the rest on the Bages plateau in Pauillac's south. The vineyard has two distinct sections: deep gravel and clay-limestone with chalk. These soils impart power and mineral characteristics to the wine, overlooking the Gironde estuary.
Vinification
Traditional in stainless and concrete vats, whose volumes are proportional to the plots. Aged in oak barrels for16 months, 40% of which are new oak.
Food Match
A delicious pairing with locally delights Agneau de Pauillac or Entrecôte à la Bordelaise.
