Viticulture
In the process of obtaining organic and biodynamic certification, involving no use of pesticides and farming carried out in harmony with weather patterns. Use of double guyot trained vines and hand harvest. 100% well draining gravel soils located near to the Gironde estuary.
Vinification
Hand picking harvest. Traditional vinification, in thermo-regulated stainless steel and concrete vats. Fermentation on skins during 18 to 21 days. 12 months ageing in oak barrels.
