Certified Organic and Sustainable vineyards from around the picturesque Provence wine region.
Vinification
Vinified in cool thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Resting on fine lees for upto 4 months. Natural clarification and minimal fining. Harvested in August 2020. Bottled in February 2021.
Food Match
As an aperitif, grilled fish with lemon, shellfish and spring leafy salads.
