Beautifully concentrated blackcurrant, dark fruit and plum fill the nostrils and then cleanse the palate.
Viticulture
Manually harvested from different plots in the Entre-Deux-Mers region, each with their own soil and character, including a plot of one hundred-year-old Merlot vines.
Vinification
Maceration at low temperature (10° to 15°). Pneumatic pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at low temperature, between 16° and 20°C for 2 to 3 weeks. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, 20% new barrels.
