Bright pink rosé from Catalunya that's herbaceous on the nose with pink flowers and strawberries on the tongue.
Vinification
Mas Amor (more love) is a beatiful hand crafted wine which undergoes a brief maceration of just 6-8 hours to give a subtle and elegant colour. The wine is fermented at low temperature in stainless steel before bottling.
Food Match
Minerality and good acidity make for a good foody rosé wine. Great with shellfish, light grilled meats and tomato salads.
