Viticulture
Fonseca's three Quintas drive a unique Port style rooted in organic, sustainable viticulture. Quinta do Panascal pioneered organic certification in 1992. Quinta de Santo António yields organic grapes and olive oil. In 2002, Fonseca led with Terra Prima, the inaugural fully organic Port, boasting firmness, freshness, structure, and flavour.

Food Match
A delectable dessert wine. Perfect with almond, berry, dark chocolate flavours. Ideal for rich, blue veined cheeses. Cap off the evening with it, alone or with walnuts/roasted almonds. Slightly chilled enhances, especially in warm weather.
