Tasting note
Exceptionally balanced Bordeaux white, light and refreshing with the perfume of elderflower balanced by lemon and lime in the mouth.
Viticulture
Double guyot trained vines found on clay, silt and sand soils near to the Dordogne River. Machine harvested grapes with use of traditional methods of viticulture.
Vinification
Fermented in stainless steel temperature-controlled vats for a period of 2 weeks. Made at relatively cool temperatures in order to retain as much pure fruit as possible. The wine is fined and filtered.
