Tasting note
Fresh and delicate white from the southern Rhône. Aromatic with acacia flowers and citrus blossom, with a lovely note of juicy-ripe pear in the mouth.
Vinification
Fermentation at controlled low temperature (around 15-17°c). No oak ageing.
Food Match
Perfect to be served at 12-13°c as an aperitif or with white meat, shellfish or dessert.
