Straw yellow in color with golden nuances. The wine has a boquet reminescent of pineapple, exotic fruits, apples and pears.

Vinification
After the harvest, the grapes were separated from the stems. The must and pulp then underwent a cold maceration on the skins, followed by gentle pressing to separate the skin from the grapes. The wine fermented in stainless-steel temperature controlled tanks.
