Viticulture
A blend of fifty different Crus, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the House winemaking tradition. Preimum fruit is sourced from Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, but also from the best Crus in the Aube region such as Les Riceys.
Vinification
Blason Rosé is a blend of finest base wines. Pinot Noir from Grand cru vineyards: Pinot Meunier from 1er cru terroirs & Chardonnay from Grand cru Cramant. The blend includes 43% Pinot Noir, 29% Pinot Meunier, 28% Chardonnay & 20% reserve wines. Cremieres still PN wine is added for thesalmon rose hue. Made with high standards and limited quantities.
