Viticulture
A blend of fifty different Crus, Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut expresses the quality and diversity of the House winemaking tradition. Preimum fruit is sources from Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, but also from the best Crus in the Aube region such as Les Riceys.
Vinification
In the cellar, stainless steel tanks ensure precise fermentation control. Chef de Caves Hervé Deschamps blends over 300 wines, including 10-20% reserve wines, to create the cuvée. Ageing in historic chalk cellars at 52 degrees Fahrenheit maintains consistency and housing various vintages
